Korean Corn Salad with Yogurt Dressing

This is a quick and easy side dish (반찬) to make. It's a side dish I usually see in restaurants here. I've actually tried making this a couple of times before, but I always use mayonnaise. I have just recently discovered the uses of yogurt in place of mayonnaise or whipping cream, so most of the salads that I make for hubby, I just mix in yogurt now. It's a lot tastier, not to mention healthier, too~

INGREDIENTS:

1 (340 gram) can of sweet corn
1/2 red and green bell peppers (피망), chopped
2 tbsp. carrots, chopped
80 grams plain yogurt (I use the Pulmuone Brand)

DIRECTIONS:
1. Drain the excess water from the sweet corn.
2. Mix in all the ingredients.

Makes 2-3 servings.
